The City of Chicago has issued a $98.5 million building permit for the start of construction of the new CNA Center tower at 151 N. Franklin St.
Lend Lease Construction will build the 36-story tower owned by Buck Management Group.
David Jansen is listed as the architect of record. He is associated with Adamson Associates in Toronto, ON.
The permit documentation says it is for “Foundation/partial superstructure to underslab of level 1 for proposed 36-story office tower with below grade parking, parking and retail on ground floor. Planned development– Deep Foundations — 151 North Franklin Street.”
