Bradford Allen and Moceri+Roszak have topped out the first phase of Arlington Gateway, a master-planned development in the northwest Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights

Clark Construction is serving as the general contractor. Completion is expected in the first quarter of 2026.

The initial phase includes an eight-story, 301-unit apartment building with 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Designed by Thomas Roszak Architecture, the building will offer a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with 17,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Features include an outdoor pool, fitness center with yoga studio, media rooms, coworking space, dog walk, golf simulator and grill stations.

“Arlington Gateway isn’t just a new development. It will be a destination that sets a new standard for Arlington Heights,” said Jeff Bernstein, co-founder at Bradford Allen. “We’re proud to reach this milestone and look forward to delivering a vibrant space where residents and visitors can live, work and connect.”

The exterior will feature green vertical accents inspired by the nearby Ned Brown Preserve and the surrounding Illinois prairie landscape.

The 16-acre development will also include a 150,000-sq. ft. medical office complex and up to two additional buildings.
