Joyce Fernandes, executive director of Archi-Treasures, will be the guest speaker at the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Chicago Metro #325’s May Meeting on May 11.
Archi-treasures is a non-profit, arts-based community development organization that combats urban isolation by involving people in projects that transform public space and increase civic engagement, the organization says on its website.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m. with cocktails, followed by the dinner and program at 6:30 p.m. at Buca di Beppo,Yorktown Center, 90 Yorktown Mall Drive, Lombard.
Registration is $40 for members and $45 for non-members.
