Chicago has issued a $6.75 million building permit for a mixed-use structure at 7006 N. Glenwood Ave. on the site of the former Heartland Cafe.
The permit says the project will be “new construction of a five-story mixed use building to include retail and parking garage o the ground floor and 30-unit multi-family residential use on floors 2-5.”
Kelly Construction & Design LLC is the general contractor. Key subtrades include: Electrical – MC2 Electric, Inc.; Masonry – Premium Concrete, Inc.; plumber-plumbing — R&C Plumbing Ltd.
