Chicago has issued a $7.5 million building permit to rehabilitate a warehouse at 920 W. Cullerton St., part of Transwestern’s Mural Park project in Pilsen.
The permit issued on Oct. 27 says the work includes “interior and exterior shell and core alterations — scope of work limited to new egress stairs, elevator core, structural work, and associated MEP base building improvements and to include new surface parking lot.”
The general contractor is Integrated Construction Company. Subtrades include: Electrical – Light the Power, Ltd.; masonry – Chicago Masonry Construction and Modern Stone Creations, Inc.; plumber/plumbing – Delta Plumbing LLC; and refrigeration and ventilation – Indoor Air.
