Chicago has issued a $18.582 million building permit for a new warehouse/distribution facility at 3523 S. Ashland Ave.
The permit says FCL Builders, LLC will be the general contractor for the “114,344 sq. ft. “package warehouse/distribution facility.”
Subtrades working on the project owned by an Atlanta, GA-based limited liability company, SFG Ashland, LLC, include: Electrical – Abco Electrical Construction; masonry – MJTJ Contractors & Builders; plumber/plumbing – MVP Plumbing Corp. and refrigeration and ventilation – O’Hare Engineering.
