$16.64 million tenant fit up under-way at former Crawford Generating Station site

Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP) has obtained a $16.64 million building permit at the site of the former Crawford Generating Station at 3501 S. Pulaski Rd. for a “tenant buildout for one-story, high-bay pre-cast warehouse per plans.”

Owner HRP Exchange 55 says in its marketing materials that the overall  99,950 sq. ft. structure is the “largest industrial building available in Chicago” which is “divisible to suit”.

This tenant fit-up’s general contractor is Morgan/Harbour Construction. Subtrades include: Electrical – Connelly Electric Co.; plumber/plumbing – MVP Plumbing Corp. and ventilation – State Mechanical Services.
