Diana Wolfe has joined PREMIER Design + Build Group LLC as a Chicago-area project manager.
The Istaca-based company says Wolfe has more than 16 years of experience and has been in charge of projects accounting for hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial and industrial space. “Wolfe thrives in environments where she can bring creativity to problem resolution,” a PREMIER spokesperson said. “She is a great collaborative teammate and client advocate, making her a natural fit for the company.”
Wolfe ensures that multi-disciplined teams achieve goals as scheduled and maintains consistent progress along the way. Under her charge are all aspects of construction, including bidding, design coordination, financial management, subcontract administration, issue resolution and permitting. Above all, she upholds effective communication at all times, and across all lines, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
“PREMIER’s commitment to being a leader in design and build solutions, their progressive approach and long list of accomplishments is exactly what I was looking for in an organization,” says Wolfe. “My career arc led me here and I am excited to be a part of a winning team.”
Wolfe started her career in project management for a major construction company in Chicago’s western suburbs. She assisted with project plans, building design and documentation. Wolfe also reviewed construction drawings with executives, provided cost estimates and had full oversight and accountability for large portfolios. She has managed teams and budgets, worked closely with vendors and even served as a property manager—ensuring tenant challenges were resolved and regulatory and safety issues were addressed.
Recent key achievements to her credit include the development and construction of an industrial business park with five multi-tenant buildings ranging in size from 15,000 sq. ft. to 77,000 sq. ft. A total of 59 tenant build-outs went in under her lead, as well as a 62,500 sq. ft. sports complex.
“Diana knows Chicago and its surrounding suburbs well,” says Brian Paul, executive vice-president of PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC. “Her unmatched energy and experience with developers, contractors, city ordinances and other industry leaders in the Midwest will make her a client favorite and a top teammate.”
Wolfe prides herself in being a skilled decision maker who can anticipate challenges. She is especially adept in translating big-picture visions into strategic, practical action plans. She is determined when it comes to resolving issues and providing insight and optimization. When not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her children and granddaughter and giving back to her community.
