VISTA Property and Skender, recently reached the final height at 741 N Wells Street, a new mixed-use multifamily rental building in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Designed by Antunovich Associates, the 21-story, 201,000-sq. ft. building includes 168 apartment units at the corner of Chicago Avenue and Wells Street, 741 N Wells is one of the latest new developments going up in River North.
“We are thrilled to be adding another beautiful mixed-use property to one of the city’s most vibrant and lively areas,” said Ark Latt, chief development officer, VISTA Property. “Our thanks goes out to the teams at Skender and Antunovich Associates for their hard work throughout this process, and to the 2nd Ward alderman and community for their ongoing partnership and collaboration.”
The multifamily development will have a rooftop terrace with pool, meeting facilities, exercise area, bicycle storage and parking for roughly 50 vehicles.
