The firm has received a construction permit for foundation work on the building planned for 730 North Milwaukee Ave. The project will include 226 apartments, office space, 97 parking spaces and 2,300 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail.
The mixed-use project is planned for a 28,315 sq. ft. site located in Chicago’s River West area along the Milwaukee Avenue corridor.
“State of the art amenity spaces and lush exterior roof gardens are planned for the 5th and 11th-floor terraces. An elegant residential lobby is located on the first floor along with 2,000 square feet of retail area on Milwaukee Avenue. An existing 3-story loft-construction office building will be updated to meet current “white box” standards, including new MEP systems and elevator upgrades,” according to Antunovich Associates.
