Eugene Jones, acting CEO of the Chicago Housing Authority, will be the guest speaker at the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA)‘s Aug. 12 meeting.
The meeting at the East Bank Club, 500 North Kingsbury St., will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
