Months after receiving approval from the Chicago Plan Commission, the new dual tower transit-oriented development for Logan Square has just been issued its first building permits to begin foundation work, reports Curbed Chicago.
The final plan and building permits allow for 12- and 11-story mid-rise towers. Designers Wheeler Kearns Architects also worked with the same developers on 1611 W. Division. The dark glass towers will deliver 213 rental units, 68 parking spaces and about 9,000 sq, ft, of retail space.
