Chicago-based Belgravia Group has started construction on its condo development, called CA6 West Loop, at 305-323 S. Racine Ave. in Chicago.
The 72-unit, seven-story building is expected to deliver its first homes in summer 2022.
Chicago issued a $20 million building permit for the project on Feb. 9. Maris Construction Corp. is the general contractor.
Floor plans range from three-bedroom/three-bath, 2,160-sq.-ft. residences priced from $837,900 to 3,103-sq.-ft. four-bedroom duplexes with rooftop terraces starting at $1,685,900. Select terrace homes are priced from $885,900 and offer up to 736 sq. ft. of outdoor space.
Key subtrades include: Electrical – Merit Electric LLC; Masonry – Duco Construction; plumber/plumbing – R. Carrozza Plumbing Co.; and refrigeration and ventilation – Air-Rite Heating and Cooling.
