Summit Design + Build has recently started construction at TLC Ingredients in Crest Hill.
The project includes the construction of a 55,012 sq. ft. addition to TLC Ingredients’ existing
40,000 sq. ft. precast warehouse. The expansion will increase the company’s current warehouse space by 140%. A breakroom will also be added to the existing office, along with a new loading dock, bathroom and parking stalls.
Founded in 2001, TLC Ingredients is a high-quality distributor of food ingredients, industrial chemicals and phenolic resins.
Harris Architects is serving as the project architect. Construction is set to be completed in Fall 2021.
