A joint venture between Chicago-based real estate developer Ranquist Development Group and Lizzie Kaplan of Sedgwick Investments Chicago LLC broke ground on the third phase of the Flexhouse 2 project at Ridgeway, Schubert and Hamlin Ave. Sept. 25, according to Ranquist President Bob Ranquist, reports Crains.
The developers will add 16 more houses to the current Flexhouse 2 project under its third phase, totaling 31 homes. The houses are being built on a two-acre site, reports Chicago.curbed.com. The homes are designed by ISA Architecture.
Last week the venture purchased the Hamlin Avenue development site for $1.6 million.
The project is expected to be completed in next spring.
