Keeley Construction has announced a partnership with Helukabel USA on a major 132,000-sq. ft. expansion of its facility located at 1201 Wesman Dr. in West Dundee. The project will introduce new warehouse, office, and climate-controlled manufacturing space—marking the first onsite manufacturing at Helukabel’s existing location.
Construction is currently underway and upgrades include:
- 9-inch-thick floor slab with an isolated area designed specifically for a twister machine
- Custom red storefront framing to match Helukabel’s brand identity
- Two new EV charging stations for office use
- Expanded office space featuring a gym, cable testing and assembly areas, new locker rooms, showers, and a modern breakroom
- Design-build mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems led by Keeley’s MEP trade partners
- Two new depressed dock positions with retaining walls to streamline logistics and delivery
Keeley Construction’s project team is led by Paul Jennrich, Senior Project Manager; Dan Zboncak, Senior Superintendent; and Dorothy Mateo, Project Coordinator.
Project partners include Skedio Architecture, J&H, and Benchmark Developers, serving as the owner’s representative.
