MBE, WBE and Section 3 Contractors are strongly encouraged to bid
All bids to be accompanies by a Bid Bond, certified check, or bank cashier’s check, payable to Ray Graham Association for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid
All contractors are invited to a pre-bid walk through of the building (located at 420 W MADISON STREET, ELMHURST, IL 60126) on 5/21/2019 at 2pm and 5/22/2019 at 9:00 am.
RAY GRAHAM ASSOCIATION (901 WARRENVILLE ROAD, SUITE 500, LISLE, IL 60532) WILL RECEIVE SEALED BIDS FOR ELMHURST COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER IMPROVEMENTS to be let as a single contract. Proposals will be received at 901 Warrenville Road, Suite 500, Lisle, IL 60532 up to the hour of 2:00 pm on June 6th at 2:00 pm
Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read at 901 WARRENVILLE ROAD, SUITE 500, LISLE, IL 60532 at 2:05 pm on 6/6/2019
Specifications will be on file and provided to any contractor via emailed PDF from Adam Carter at 901 WARRENVILLE ROAD, SUITE 500, LISLE, IL 60532, email address ACarter@RayGraham.org. No deposit necessary upon receipt of specifications.
Each contractor is required to provide a 5% Bid bond, payable to Ray Graham Association, with the submittal of each bid.
The successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract sum as a security for the faithful performance of this Contract and, a Labor and Mechanical Payment Bond in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract sum as a security for the payment of all persons performing labor on the Project under this Contract and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract.
Ray Graham Association has the right to reject any and all bids.
