Developed by MAS Ventures and designed by Wight & Company, the project will add 41 rental apartments and ground-floor retail to the area’s growing urban fabric.

The five-story building is designed to blend housing, retail, and transit accessibility, marking a significant step in Albany Park’s ongoing revitalization.

Residential features:

  • Unit Mix: Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 511 to 1,047 square feet.
  • Affordable Housing: Eight units are designated as affordable, addressing local housing needs.
  • Design: Contemporary architecture maximizes natural light and efficient layouts.

Amenities will include ground-floor retail space a 19-space surface lot, initially planned on the west portion of the site, will be reconfigured under the updated permits and cycling infrastructure.

Demolition of the previous single-story masonry structure at the site was completed in August 2024 by Atlas Industries at a reported cost of $135,000. LG Group is serving as general contractor, with the project now moving into foundation and vertical construction. The development is expected to be completed by 2026.
