Clune Construction Company is working on a $10.35 million renovation project at The Franklin, 222 W. Adams St.
The building permit issued on April 5 says the work involves “interior alteration to existing 7th and 8th floor office spaces.
Key subtrades working on the site include: Electrical – Gurtz Interiors Group; plumber/plumbing – Great Lakes Plumbing and Heating, and ventilation – F.E. Moran.
