Chicago City Council has approved a new four-story, eight-condo structure at 4531 N. Western, replacing two three-story structures.
Vari Architects Ltd. designed the 47-ft. building for Western Front LLC, with two duplexxes on the basement and ground floor and two simplexes per floor on the upper three levels, Urbanize Chicago has reported.
Building permit data from the City of Chicago indicates no permit has been issued yet, and the construction schedule has not been publicized.
