Caddis, a national healthcare real estate firm headquartered in Dallas, has recently broken ground for a new 94-unit, 89,950 sq. ft. assisted living and memory care community at 159th St. and Harlem Ave. in Chicago. The community will be owned by a Caddis affiliate and will be managed by Pathway Senior Living LLC, a nationally recognized operator of senior living communities in the Chicago area and Wisconsin.
The project architect is Austin, Texas-based Katus LLC and the general contractor is McShane Construction Company, headquartered in Rosemount, IL.
Heartis Village Orland Park is expected to be completed in fall 2017, Caddis says in a news release.
