Chicago Build 2025 wrapped up another successful year at McCormick Place Oct. 29 and 30, drawing thousands of construction and design professionals for two days of innovation, networking, and celebration.

The Midwest’s largest construction and design show brought together architects, engineers, contractors, designers, and suppliers to explore the latest technologies, products, and industry insights. The show floor was packed with exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge solutions, while more than 400 speakers led sessions across 13 conference tracks and AIA CES workshops.

This year’s “Festival of Construction” atmosphere extended beyond the exhibit hall, with live music, DJs, competitions, and entertainment adding energy to the event.

Networking remained a major focus, with packed meetups and social events throughout both days. Highlights included the Diversity in Construction networking event on Wednesday and the Women in Construction gathering on Thursday—two of the Midwest’s largest industry networking sessions.

Other popular meetups brought together contractors, developers, architects, sustainability leaders, and digital construction innovators, underscoring the show’s growing role as a key meeting point for the region’s construction community.
